What will you do?

You work 2 to maximum 3 days a week and you are entrepreneurial and commercial by nature. You can translate the client's wishes into creative concepts and you never let a sales opportunity go unused. It is great if you can join our team on Tuesdays and Fridays.

• You sit with your colleagues in one office.
  
• You make sales calls in the hotel and give tours.
  
• You discuss with the client the requirements and translate them into an attractive offer.
  
• You follow up on quotations, adjust them and know how to turn them into confirmations.
  
• You think commercially and you get the most out of every request.
  
• You work in a reservation system (Apma Amadeus) and in a CRM system.
  
• You enjoy calling existing and new clients for acquisition.
  

As a person, you are genuinely interested in another person and have a proactive work ethic with an eye for detail. You will report to the Groups Reservations & Guest Relations Manager and work closely with the commercial manager. To perform this function successfully, you have at least 1 year of working experience in a commercial office function and preferably in the MICE industry.
