Vacancy Bar Supervisor

For our "Bar Ello" we are looking for a vibrant, energetic personality, who will make the entire bar and the barista and cocktail area "shine". Bar Ello is a hip and trendy bar where it is enjoy delicious coffee, cocktails, tasty burgers and tapas. In Bar Ello hotel guests, Venlo residents and passers-by can relax by the fireplace or in one of the many seating areas. Bar Ello has about 150 seats and a beautiful terrace.

What will you do?

As Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing our bar team and day-to-day operational execution. You are the face of the bar, welcoming our guests every day with a big smile and making the team shine.

You will be working in a completely new and modern hotel. The team consists of experienced and less experienced hospitality tigers. We are constantly thinking how we can work more sustainably and more locally and we are therefore an example for others.

The focus is currently on mentoring and training your team members and developing the (local) range of drinks and events. We aim for a driven and skilled team of hospitality professionals and a mix of different hip and trendy events with live music and entertainment.

In order to perform this position successfully, it would be great if you have the following work experience. Don't have all the experience? No problem. You can develop yourself with us under the guidance of experienced colleagues and apprentices.
