Vacancy Sous-chef

As Souschef you will coordinate and arrange the execution of the work together with your colleague Sous-chef and you will report tot the Kitchenmanager. 

You are a role model for colleagues and can coach them in their development.

Job requirements

What will you do?

  • You and your team will create beautiful, quality and tasty dishes;
  • You motivate and coach the kitchen staff and supervise any apprentices and trainees;
  • You are partly responsible for the daily orders;
  • You cooperate in the development of recipes and changes to the menus;
  • Your workplace is always spotless so you can work in a clean and orderly manner.

What would we like to see?


  • You have several years of experience in a similar position or several years of experience in the kitchen as a Chef de Partie;
  • Preferably you have experience in managing employees;
  • You work in a structured way and know how to plan your own work well;
  • You value quality, have an eye for detail, are motivated and creative;
  • You are flexible and employable on weekends and holidays.
