Job requirements
What will you do?
As Chef de Cuisine, you will manage our kitchen team on a daily basis and work closely with the kitchen manager to bring our culinary vision to life. You will be the kitchen manager's right-hand person and play a key role in ensuring quality. You will lead and inspire the kitchen team to prepare high-quality dishes that surprise and delight our guests. You will be jointly responsible for:
- Developing and implementing creative and seasonal menus;
- Ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation;
- Efficiently organizing kitchen operations;
- Coaching and motivating the kitchen team;
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
What would we like so see?
At least 3 years of experience as Chef de Cuisine in a similar environment;
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines;
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to inspire a team;
- Creativity and a passion for culinary innovation;
- Flexibility and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays;
- Excellent communication skills and team spirit;
- A completed culinary education is an advantage.
