Job requirements
What are you going to do?
As a Chef de Partie, you will work independently in our modern kitchen, where you will be responsible for preparing high quality dishes. You will work with the best local ingredients and ensure that each dish looks perfect and tastes excellent. You are not only involved in the preparation, but also in preparing ingredients, organizing your workplace and ensuring the highest hygiene and safety standards. You oversee your specific kitchen station and make sure everything is served on time and in the right way. Together with your colleagues, you work in a dynamic environment and always strive for improvement and innovation. Your expertise and creativity play an important role in delivering top quality and creating a unique dining experience for our guests.
What would we like to see?
- You have at least 1 year experience as an independent working cook and have experience preparing, preparing and finishing high level dishes;
- You have knowledge of the HACCP guidelines and apply them accurately in your work;
- You can work well under pressure, without losing sight of quality;
- You have a structured work attitude and can plan your own work efficiently;
- You have an eye for detail n ensure that everything is perfect, from taste to presentation;
- You are flexible and willing to work weekends and vacations.
